The Holistic Approach
I treat a smoking addiction with a minimum of two sessions. This is a different approach to most others in the field. I think it is rigorous approach and in my experience, improves the chance of success.
The first session involves taking a case history. We look at all aspects of your life looking for ways you can be supported to stop and stay stopped. There is homework between the sessions which is there to assemble all of the resources both physically and mentally to allow you to achieve your goal of a smoke free life.
Think how wonderful it's going to feel when you look back. Now you have clean and healthy lungs. You can run because you can breathe deeply and freely. You no longer feel chained. You are free, and in charge of your life. It's empowering. If you can do that you can do anything. You have more money. You walk down the street and feel compassion for those around who haven't yet had the courage and determination to make a stand.
If you are not yet in a position to take that step, is it because there is work to be done to build your confidence? Is there something in your life that is holding you back? Do you need some coaching sessions in order to make changes in other aspects of your life. People will happily pay to go to a personal trainer for their body but never consider coaching for their minds. I offer coaching for all aspects of life. Please feel free to phone and we can chat about how coaching can help empower you.
